To all our valued guests and loyal friends - Bittersweet is probably the best way to describe our announcing the closing of Lincoln Perk Coffee House. - Our lease is about to expire, and we have decided not to renew. What began as a new challenge five years ago quickly into much more than we could have ever imagined. We are extremely humbled that many incredible people graced our coffee house. At its conception, coffee and sandwiches were our focus. We soon found out we had developed relationships based on so much more than coffee. Much like Norm walking into Cheers to a rousing welcome, we hope we were able to provide this same welcome to our customers we now call friends. - We survived some of the toughest times we've ever experienced in our many years in the food industry. Covid and the present economy are among our reasons for closing. - It is our sincere hope that it will remain a community gathering spot. How many problems were solved, relationships started or healed, and birthdays celebrated over a cup of coffee, we will never know. One thing my wife and I know is that we will always have a special place in our hearts for our loyal friends and the memories we walk away with. - Bob Hope used to say, Thanks for the Memories! - Our last day will be Friday, December 16, 2022. -- -- Gary and Christi
